Our  owner and founder, Chris lives in Santa Barbara, CA with his wife Natalie and their soon to be born daughter.

Chris' background in the adventure travel industry is what drove him to start this company. He is a firm believer in the Mission, Vision, and Values that he has crafted for Convergence. Chris is dedicated to bringing the best out of pilots. From initial training to their first 100km flight. 

 Anneka lives in Cashmere, WA. She has traveled extensively around the world, pursuing the different disciplines of paragliding. She has been on the mentor panel for 3 years at the Ozone Open in Chelan, WA. She has a passion for mentorship and believes strongly in sharing the knowledge that has been passed down to her as well as her experience and unique perspective she has gained over the years. 

Outside of flying Anneka has owned and operated her own business for the past 15 years. When she is not working she can be found creating art and exploring the mountains, rivers, and all the things in between.

Chris lives in Santa Barbara, CA. He is  a professional photographer when he is not guiding for Convergence. He loves trying new foods and when he isn't in the mountains you can find him in the kitchen perfecting his Carbonara.

Chris’ extensive background in an alpine environment gives way to an observational eye that is critical in the sky. An accomplished XC and adventure pilot, Chris is always looking to share his adventures and knowledge with hungry pilots.
