Southern California Classics

This 3 or 10 day tour is designed for anyone who is wanting to chase the beautiful flying that Southern California has in the fall. With endless possibilities from Big Sur to the border, we make sure to set you up for successful paragliding in Southern California.

Our goal each day is to give pilots quality air time, critical feedback on their flying all while trying to chase cross country flights throughout the southern end of the state.

We ask that you come with solid launching and landing skills. In the fall we can encounter everything from strong cycles on take off to light and switchy ones. Please come freshened up with your ground handling to make the most out of this clinic. If you need a tune up before the clinic you can take $200 off any of our private coaching sessions to get you dialed.

We try to use drive up sites for the most part, however if the group is willing and able we may use launch sites that have a short hike up.

Historically October has offered up some amazing paragliding throughout Southern California.  Our guides have intimate knowledge of the areas we will explore. After attending this clinic you'll feel confident in your decision making on the ground and in the air. 

With multiple sites to chose from, we are flexible each day to give you the best chance to fly cross country and gain airtime. This clinic is fluid, and we will call the meeting point 3  days before the clinic start. We recommend being able to camp in your vehicle or travel with camping supplies wherever you are coming from. If you wish to stay in a hotel, we suggest only booking on a daily basis as we are continually moving with the weather.
